Position Overview

This position supports the marketing department.  If you’re a multi-tasker who loves to keep a pulse on all things digital, we need to talk. The Digital Marketing Strategist is key in executing all tasks related to digital marketing. The ideal candidate has a background in building ad campaigns, managing a corporate website, and running social media for a B2B company. Sending emails, developing surveys, laying out landing pages, and keeping an eye on all inbound leads are just a few of the many other skills the Digital Marketing Strategist must demonstrate. Someone who enjoys coordination and rolling up their sleeves to get a job done will stand out.  This position takes direction from the VP, Marketing.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Own the success of all web marketing channels
  • Manage and coordinate with digital agencies and other third-party vendors on contracted projects
  • Implement display advertising, remarketing, email marketing campaigns, marketing automation, and integrated campaigns
  • Attend routine health checks for Salesforce and ActOn (or other marketing automation) and assist with necessary changes to keep platforms and lists optimized
  • Take ownership of email platform and spearhead the creation of forms, drip programs, lists, and custom redirects
  • Manage digital marketing content and develop content funnel plans
  • Audit corporate website on a routine basis and make necessary updates in the CMS, including job openings, staff changes, and blog postings
  • Document and maintain key processes for all tracking, reporting, and analytic functions
  • Build UTM parameters and call tracking numbers for all marketing pieces
  • Manage corporate social media platforms, including LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, and Instagram
  • Respond in real-time to comments or direct messages and interact with conversations on corporate social media networks
  • Coordinate and implement paid social media ads on LinkedIn and Facebook Ads Manager
  • Create and routinely optimize campaign landing pages
  • Assist departments in setting up and distributing internal email communications to clients
  • Ensure all relevant campaigns are tracked and that infrastructure to do so is functioning correctly

 Qualifications and Experience Requirements

 Required: 

  • 2+ years implementing successful B2B digital marketing required
  • Bachelors degree in marketing, communications, or related field
  • Familiarity with common website and CMS technologies
  • Uphold brand standards and brand integrity on all web and social media channels
  • Self-driven and demonstrates creativity and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong organizational, project management, presentation and communication skills
  • Problem solve and troubleshoot when digital issues arise
  • Ability to multi-task in a deadline-driven environment
  • Proven success in the use of new media, and social networking sites
  • Exhibits attention to detail and the ability to effectively multi-task
  • Constantly learning and keeping up with new digital techniques and platforms

Preferred:

  • Experience marketing to the healthcare community
  • Bachelor’s degree in integrated marketing communications, marketing, business, or related field
  • Team player who can further contribute to the marketing team and its goals
  • Experience with ActOn and Salesforce
  • Google Adwords Certified
  • Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
  • Copywriting and photography skills a plus
