This position supports the marketing department.  Be involved in all aspects of the design process—from project planning and conceptualizing through production and printing. As Senior Graphic Designer, you’ll be responsible for creating a wide range of graphics assets all while creating and upholding brand standards and guidelines. Primary duties will be split between print and digital mediums and will include print campaigns/collateral along with interactive assignments such as digital marketing campaigns, social media posts, display ads, landing pages, email, and more. This position takes direction from the VP, Marketing.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain cohesive brand identity with established standards across all mediums; push the brand forward and continue to evolve it over time
  • Knowledge of design principles; graphic design, layout, typography, print, color, and ability to translate corporate identity into effective marketing materials
  • Conceptualize, design, and art direct print and digital executions
  • Design print materials including trade show booths, direct mail, and marketing collateral such as handouts, white paper booklets, and more
  • Design digital materials including social media assets, display advertising, landing pages, eBooks, and website graphics
  • Design and develop sales materials and presentations with efficiency and fast turn-around times
  • Work collaboratively with the marketing team to develop campaign ideas and visuals
  • Provide art samples or present proofs at internal brainstorming and planning sessions
  • Implement problem-solving skills in print and digital settings
  • Review designs for accuracy before printing or publishing them
  • Maintain and follow consistent server organization and file naming conventions of existing structure and process
  • Manage multiple projects at one time and exhibit strong attention to detail
  • Ability to absorb and apply constructive criticism on projects from team members, outside departments, and leadership

 Qualifications and Experience Requirements


  • 5+ years of related experience in graphic design and marketing; agency background a plus
  • Associates degree in design, advertising or fine arts, or related field required
  • Proven portfolio required
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Acrobat)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
  • Familiar with both Mac and PC platforms
  • Awareness and understanding of current marketing technologies
  • Confidently present creative ideas clearly in a group setting
  • Quick thinker who is open to feedback and new/differing ideas
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Demonstrates professionalism and a hard work ethic
  • Exhibits good judgment in all interactions and decisions
  • Must be self-motivated with the ability to work independently or with a group in a deadline-driven environment
  • Show passion, optimism, and drive and be able to move forward without all the answers


  • Experience marketing to the healthcare community
  • Team player who contributes to the marketing team’s collective goals
  • Understanding of Salesforce and ActOn (or other marketing automation), social media channels, and various CMS platforms is preferred
  • Shows interest in learning industry trends and best practices
  • Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript a plus
  • Basic knowledge of After Effects
  • Skilled in photography
  • Open-mindedness, positive thinking, and enthusiasm
